Quotes and order acceptance

Order-specific terms are confirmed in the accepted quote. Confirm the SKU, dimensions, quantity, lid or sealing option, finish, customisation, price, applicable taxes, payment arrangements, delivery destination and shipping terms before acceptance.

Availability, minimum quantities, production requirements and quote validity must be confirmed with us. Changes to an accepted requirement need our acceptance and may affect pricing or timing. Do not assume a website image or enquiry establishes a reserved quantity or dispatch commitment.

Product information and suitability

Catalogue images, colours and 3D previews help with selection; screens and previews may differ from supplied goods. Ask us to confirm the current specification and, where needed, sample suitability before a bulk order.

The aluminium body, plastic lid and heat-seal foil have different handling requirements. Follow the instructions for the exact SKU and supplied closure. See Product Use & Care; do not infer a universal temperature rating or microwave suitability.

Shipping, cancellations and issues

Shipping arrangements are subject to the accepted quote. Cancellation and custom-order changes are subject to acceptance, the stage of fulfilment and applicable rights.
